I just can't seem to get it done. My weight is down by a tiny increment this week and I'm happy about that, but I know I could be doing so much more. My eating has been so-so (better than it had been) but I have not been tracking my eating - I just keep forgetting to write things down. My workouts have been nonexistant. I can't seem to get myself to bed early enough to allow me to wake up and work out before work. It's lame! I need to get back to it! I know I will feel SO MUCH BETTER if I just get my carcass up and work out in the a.m. I keep saying "tomorrow's the day" but then I end up hitting the hay at 11 p.m. or later and there's no way.

Tonight I WILL be in bed by 10 p.m. and I WILL work out tomorrow morning!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to get out of this ridiculous rut. :P

Anyone else struggling? :)

Penny, you look so amazing that everyone who knows you is blown away. You are going to have an amazing time in France regardless of what the evil bastard scale says. Congrats on being back on track!!! :)

I'm on top of it so far, but that's because I was so off last week and now I have GOT to get it in gear before France in one week! I've lost two pounds, I've worked out every day so far this week, and my eating has been good. I have a few times coming up when I'm going to have to eat out, but I'm planning ahead for them. I'm not going to reach my goal of being in the 140s by France, but I'm just hoping to be back in the low 150s!!
