So!!! This week was interesting. I for realz felt like I had lost a lot of weight this past week. I was sweating non stop and serious about my workouts and eating. I lost 2 pounds which is great but I was shooting for like 4 or 5. I also started my period today which *could* be part of it but I choose to believe that really has no influence over my weightloss. I am going to keep my workouts and eating in check this week and see if that helps any and I have the loss I was looking for, for the next weigh in. So, that brings my total to 72 pounds since Jan 1st.

Kenny lost 5 pounds this week which kicked ass. He had gained 3 pounds the last week so he lost what he gained and then lost 2 more. So, yay for him!!! He's lost a total of 92 pounds so far since Jan 1st. Our total lost since Jan 1st is 164 pounds.

We have been doing the Parcours every week now for quite a few weeks and it kicks my ass bigtime. It's really hard work but I'm getting better every time we do it. Now that it's getting hotter, it's getting more difficult to do it but I think that makes it better for us. We sweat so much while we do it! Also, I feel so much better now that we have the elliptical here in our living room. It's such a huge help to have something here to work out on! I really think its going to do us wonders.

Today was a really cool day. We went to my nephews birthday party and someone greeted me with "Hey skinny!" I just laughed. Yesterday we worked out with Sara and she also greeted me with "Hey Skinny." I still don't really know how to react to people saying that. I know I still have a long way to go and I'm not skinny but I am considerably smaller than I was the last time these people saw me and it's nice to be noticed. It's nice that people are noticing our hard work.

Since I mentioned working out with Sara, I just wanted to say she worked her ass off with us. I honestly wasn't sure how she was going to do and I was pleasantly surprised. She lifted nearly as much as Danielle and I lifted. It's probably safe to say she will be in much pain tomorrow. --She did admit she had some eating issues which she said she was going to work on so good for her.

Now to Bets!!!! Bets "weighed in" with us this morning on the phone which kicked mayjor ass. I will let her tell you about it. Her workouts were on point this week and I think her eating was too. Lets hope she keeps it up!!! Bets, take a pic of your poster board for us so we can see it!!!
