Made this last night with the help of my beloved hubby. It's to remind me of all the stupid and senseless reasons I eat, and to help me make better choices!
What do you think - what are some of the other reasons we put food in our mouths? I tried to capture most of them.

I just can't seem to get it done. My weight is down by a tiny increment this week and I'm happy about that, but I know I could be doing so much more. My eating has been so-so (better than it had been) but I have not been tracking my eating - I just keep forgetting to write things down. My workouts have been nonexistant. Today's weigh-in had me 6 pounds down. :) A little higher than my average target, and a little less than I was hoping for, but still awesome regardless.
I've also been working out every day - 8 days so far, and counting. Awesome! I'm really hurting today.. I added squats and lunges to my workout last night, and my quads have been yelling at me all day long. That's okay, though - I'll take some Motrin to get through the soreness, and I'll be fine. I have a big post to make tomorrow about lifestyle changes, and I'll get to it, but for now, I wanted to talk about today's lunch. For those that don't know, I decided to join Weight Watchers. Last night when I got to Mike and Danielle's for our workout session, I saw our new posterboards sitting there all finished. Boy it was just as intimidating looking at that empty board as it was on January 1st!!! UGH! Some days just suck. Today I made very poor eating decisions. But c'est la vie! I've had my fair share of those the past 5 months and I work through them and move on. Today I ate VERY well for breakfast and lunch. But then I got home from work and there were 2 cheese coney's from Gold Star in the fridge left over from Kenny's splurge day on Sunday and I ate them.
