A fitness-focused community
I have been running my program at only about 50 to 75% this week. Before I get discouraged about that, I have to remind myself that it's 50 to 75% better than last week! And although I haven't lost anything so far (I weigh in on Wednesdays officially but I "peek" throughout the week), I know I haven't gained.
