A fitness-focused community

Hey all! I am feeling much better today - just had a good run and that's always an awesome start to the day. So now I'm wondering, what are you all doing that works? Could you lay out your program or plan for us? Here's what I strive for.

LARA'S PROGRAM - MUST DO'S:
1. Get up before work every morning to work out
2. Run three times a week with increasing distances and speeds
3. Weight train 2-3x per week with increasing weights
4. Drink tons of water
5. Eat mostly fresh veggies and fruits, raw nuts, lean proteins, fat free milk and whole grains
6. Record my food intake daily so I stay on track
7. Keep to approximately 21-22 WW points per day, plus activity points
8. Add in extra exercise throughout the day (walks at lunch, bike rides, yoga or pilates after work, etc.)
9. Avoid overeating or eating past my comfort zone
10. Keep sweets and junk food and eating out to an absolute minimum.
That's it in a nutshell! Sustainable for my whole life long, simple yet incredibly effective when I follow it to a T. Look forward to reading about yours!
