What have you done today to make you feel proud?

I have been running my program at only about 50 to 75% this week. Before I get discouraged about that, I have to remind myself that it's 50 to 75% better than last week! And although I haven't lost anything so far (I weigh in on Wednesdays officially but I "peek" throughout the week), I know I haven't gained. And based on my recent track record, not gaining is a victory in itself. :P

I am doing FABULOUS! I am looking forward to a semi big loss this week. I'm aiming for 3-4 pounds lost. We will know on Sunday morning!! --I woke up this morning and did 30 mins on the elliptical, worked my ass off at work and sweat about a billion gallons. Now I'm getting ready to go do the Parcours for the 2nd time this week!!! WOOT!!! --I'm feeling fab fo sho. Also, congrats on upping your program. A 25% change is huge!

I have worked out every day since I started my program on Monday. While I haven't done as much as I would like, I've done a lot more than I've been doing. I weigh in on Monday, and I can already tell you that the EBS loves me this week and will show a loss (I peek sometimes, too. ;) ).

Err, I started WW on Monday, but technically, I started working out on Sunday. :)

I really think working out everyday is the trick. I have done cardio 7 days a week and lifting 3 days a week since we started this on Jan1st. So congrats to you for doing this!!

I agree! I have always gotten GREAT results when I work out every single day, no excuses. This week I started out with that goal - and will continue to work toward that goal - but I just wasn't able to pull it off. Here's to 7 workouts in 7 days for this next week! :)
